We clean restaurant dumpster pads and or dumpsters, grocery stores shopping carts, hand baskets, six wheeler's, baking racks, meat racks and all baking pans, meat trays, etc.

We are earth-friendly by way of capturing most all grey water and introducing it back to the desert landscaping when possible. We do not pollute the environment in any way, whilst undertaking our cleaning and restoration services.

The offering at this prices will be to the 1st real estate agent and or real estate agency. As an office of several agents, the cost can be very affordable, which in the long term add to your KLEEN reputation in the industry.


You will schedule 1 home per day Tuesday-Thursday only in the first 2 weeks of the month- 6 Homes

$3120.00/Month - 24 Homes*


Service will include pressure washing the front driveway from edge of street to garage door, including the walkway or entry way from the front entry door of home out to the edge of street or to edge of driveway.


Total sq. ft. allowable is 500 sq. ft. An additional fee will be added for any other surface beyond the 500 sq. ft.


18-month contract REQUIRED


A Schedule Bump fee of $395.00 will be charged for a schedule bump on a weekend, emergency or unscheduled home.


*Water will be pumped into desert landscape when possible. Exterior Windows will be squeegeed only if you request windows thoroughly cleaned interior and exterior an additional fee will be required. * Restrictions apply

For Only $270.50 per/month per/store for an 18-month contract you will receive our pressure washing service per store per month Tuesday thru Thursday only with a Min. of 5 stores of which you will receive 3 hours per month per store to pressure wash your shopping carts, shopping baskets, front entrance walkway up to 120 sq. ft. A Schedule Bump fee of $295.00 will be charged for a schedule bump on a weekend and or emergency.

*max. 120 sq. ft. per one store front entry, $112.50 per hour will be assessed when a property requires pressure washing in excess of 120 sq. ft. per store entrance including any possible equipment such as utility carts dollies or any other washable item requested by customer.

*18-month contract required with a 5-store min. If your dumpster area/pad is dirty we can wash dumpster exterior for an additional $69.99 ea. per dumpster including the ground surface dumpster is on.

*We do not move any property; you must remove or cover what you do not want to get wet.
